Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be returned.


Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
